These fruit paste can be tasted at any time like a confectionery! They also go perfectly well with toasted and buttered bread or yogurt. In order to find all the flavors of the fruit, we advise to make 2 to 3 mm thick slices using a lyre.

ingredients: fruit pulp 62g*(grapevine peach 31g*, apple 31g*), sugar, glucose syrup, gelling: pectins, acidinating. *Quantities implemented to obtain 100g of finished product. EU/non-UE fruit.  Made in a workshop that uses fruit with shells, milk, peanuts and gluten.
